Shipping Information

Domestic:


We provide free shipping for all orders over $75 in the continental US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Express shipping will incur an addtional charge. We try to ship US orders the same day they are received.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO ( and PO boxes ) will be by USPS. Additional charges may apply due to higher costs. Large items, such as trainers or framesets are subject to higher costs.

International:


We provide discounted shipping to international locations through USPS and UPS. Check our shipping chart for more information. Shipping a given product to some locations may not be possible due to size and weight restrictions.



Shipping times listed on the shipping chart are approximations only. If you feel that your package has been lost please note that USPS will not begin a search until after 30 days. The search process can take an equivalent period of time.

Replacement of a lost shipment or return of payment cannot be made until the search process is completed.

Tracking:


By request email containing tracking information can be sent subsequent to the shipping of your order.

Insurance:


A nominal insurance fee of $1.50 is added to every order. This fee offers protection against damage and if the item is lost during transit.
